Welcome to A Cheese and Beer Tasting by Anspach & Hobday! Join us for an evening of delicious pairings at the Ruby Stella Hotel & Bar. Enjoy A&H classics such as the Smoked Brown, The IPA and Ansbacher lager, with the menu culminating in our world-famous independent nitro porter: London Black.
Each beer has been thoughtfully paired with the following cheeses:
Ansbacher lager - Burrata with honey
The IPA - Ploughman’s (Applewood, Cornish Cheddar, Chutney)
The Smoked Brown - Gruyere.
London Black and Hackney Gelato vanilla ice cream.
In addition these gastronomic delights, the hotel will be hosting DJs, talks and tastings from the brewer.
