Tom's Tap and Brewhouse is a microbrewery and taproom. Established in 2018 by Sean and Jacqui Ayling, the venue offers 12 keg lines featuring a variety of beers—many brewed on-site—and artisan ciders. Also serving cocktails, wines, gins, and rums, all within a welcoming and safe environment. The brewhouse has garnered recognition for its quality brews, notably achieving top awards at beer festivals. Their Dark Mild secured joint first place at the Chester Real Ale and Cider Festival, and "Ey Up Treacle," a foreign extra stout brewed in collaboration with Blackjack Brewery, won overall beer of the festival at the Chorlton Beer Festival. Beyond their beverage offerings, Tom's Tap and Brewhouse actively engages with the community by hosting various events.
