Sobremesa Drinks is a multidisciplinary enterprise based in Lower Porthamel, Talgarth, Wales, dedicated to crafting terroir-driven farmhouse beers and natural ciders. They cultivate organic soft fruits at Racquety Farm in Hay-on-Wye to flavor their beverages, embodying a circular economy model by growing the fruit, incorporating it into their drinks, and repurposing by-products to close the loop. Their taproom offers draught beers and ciders, sharing bottles, takeaway options, organic apple juice, local cheese and charcuterie boards, and Spanish snacks, with indoor and outdoor seating available. The taproom operates Friday and Saturday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome, and the premises can accommodate tours and private events upon request.
